JOSHUA A CAMPBELL, D.D.S.

Dr. Campbell is in his second decade treating patients in East Tennessee. The focus of his practice is tooth extraction, an example is wisdom teeth, and tooth replacement with dental implants. He works with the latest technology to find the best solution for each individual patient.

He received his DDS from the University of Iowa and did his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Dr. Campbell is Board Certified with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Tennessee, Graduate School of Medicine, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Campbell has lectured both nationally and internationally and has authored or co-authored articles and book chapters related to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Patti
Practice Manger

As Practice Manger, Patti uses her 35+ years of experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery with our office when making decisions regarding the practice. Patti has extensive knowledge of practice administration and stays current through continuing education. She is a member of JAWSSociety – National Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Administrators and the American Association of Professional Coders. Patti enjoys working in Oral Surgery and feels blessed to work with such an exceptional staff.

Jordan
Check-Out / Patient Coordinator

Jordan is typically the first person you will speak to when contacting our office by telephone and in person. She will assist you with any of your scheduling needs. Jordan is also the last person our patients see when they are leaving our office. After your initial consultation, she will help you schedule your follow-up appointments and surgery if necessary and will answer any questions you may have regarding office policies, finances, and procedures.

Penny
PRN Check-out / PRN Patient Coordinator

Penny has officially joined the life of retirement. However, she will be working PRN for the practice to fill in when necessary. Penny has many years of combined experience in dentistry and oral & maxillofacial surgery. Her extensive knowledge in both the dental and oral & maxillofacial surgery field has made her an asset to our practice as one of our front office coordinators. Penny is typically the first person you will speak to when contacting our office by telephone and in person. She will assist you with any of your scheduling needs. Penny is also the last person our patients see when they are leaving our office.

Sarah
Receptionist

As our Front Office Receptionist, Sarah’s excellent administrative skills are beneficial in the complete flow of the front office and communication between all staff members. Sarah is typically the first person you will meet when you come into our office. Her warm smile and pleasant personality make our patients feel welcome and at ease when entering our office.

Danielle
CDA/RDA – Clinical Supervisor, Insurance Coordinator

Danielle has over 20+ years of experience in the dental field; with the majority of those years being in oral & maxillofacial surgery. She is a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant with certifications in CPR, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, X-Ray/Radiation and is certified in dental anesthesia through the
AAOMS. Danielle is responsible for all clinical and sterilization and also serves as the Clinical Supervisor. However, her administrative skills and certifications as a Coding and Billing Specialist and HIPPA Specialist have allowed Danielle to also work as the Insurance Coordinator for the practice in order to help our surgery patients meet their financial needs.

Pam
CDA/RDA,COMSA – Implant Coordinator

Pam has 20+ years of experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery. She is a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant, as well as, a Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant; with her certification in oral and maxillofacial anesthesia, head and neck anatomy, CPR, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, X-ray, and Radiation. Pam’s primary position is as Dr. Campbell’s assistant. Her vast knowledge of all aspects of dental implants and dental implant surgery has allowed her to serve as the Implant Coordinator for our office as well. She also is responsible for ordering and inventory of clinical supplies.
